About Our Practice

The Pediatric Group's mission is to help you take the best possible care of your precious children. We want to provide you with the encouragement, education and support you need to enhance your child's physical and emotional well-being. Not only are many of our physicians and nurse practitioners parents themselves, they have years of practice experience. We look forward to helping you through the many challenges you will face as parents.
Caring with Compassion
The Pediatric Group is open at 7:30am, 6 days a week. We offer Saturday hours by appointment in our Crofton location. If your child needs to be seen on a Saturday, please call the CARELine at (410) 721-2273 for an appointment.
We Love New Parents
We want moms and dads to have a wonderful experience with their new baby, so we offer many services to help along the way. We encourage all new moms and dads to schedule a prenatal interview with the pediatrician to gain important information, including our prenatal packet for expectant parents. We also offer prepared childbirth classes, Baby's First Book, educational resources and handouts and a Child Health Record Booklet. Our pediatricians visit newborns at Anne Arundel Medical Center. To schedule a prenatal interview with one of our providers, call (410) 721-CARE.
Distinctive Service You Can Depend On
Our CARELine, a patient concierge service, helps you make the most of your visit. Beginning at 7:30am every day, our CARELine schedules appointments and handles patient requests. If you find it necessary to contact your physician or require medical advice after office hours, call Ask AAMC at (443) 481-4000 and they will contact the Pediatric Group's on-call physician. Identify yourself as a patient of the Pediatric Group. For emergency situations, dial 9-1-1 or go to a hospital emergency room.
We're Always Here For You
We know that there is no substitute for good communication when it comes to your family's health. We encourage patients to use our 24-hour telephone messaging system, which allows patients to leave messages directly for their physicians and nurse practitioners, rather than speak with a receptionist. Your physician will hear your message and level of concern personally, and can call your back directly to discuss your child's health. Provider's monitor their voicemail frequently throughout the day, so you should not wait long for a call. Other features of our telephone system include our Prescription Refill Line and Patient NewsLine, which is updated regularly with important information. Call (410) 721-CARE to access these and many other useful services.

We make every effort to keep the cost of medical care down while maintaining the highest quality of service. As a courtesy yo our patients, our offices accept most insurances. We submit claims once based on information you provide, so please be sure to keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage or demographic information. If you experiencing problems with your company's coverage, we suggest that you contact your employer's benefits department. Patients are responsible for paying any deductible, cp=payment or non-covered charges at the time of the visit. For your convenience, our offices accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.
