FLU SHOTS
Dear Dr.Bear,
My office gives free flu shots to employees and their families. My daughter is 5 and my son is 2. Do you recommend flu shots at their age or are they too young?

Dear Prevention,
The recommendations for flu shots are changing to include more and younger children. Doses and the vaccine schedule differ from children of differentages. For more information, talk to your pediatrician, or check out the Centers for Disease Control website for details about Influenza and the available flu vaccine.
