Personal: Winnie Dotch, Practice Manager, has been a member of the Pediatric Group for over 5 years. Winnie has served the healthcare community for over 25 years in various administration and leadership roles. An advocate in providing excellent customer service, Winnie believes that one cannot lead until they have learned to serve.
Her family values and leadership experience has enabled the staff to work successfully as a true team in providing the “Best Care” for the patients and families of the Pediatric Group!

Personal: Colleen O’Hara has often been referred to as the “mother” for the Pediatric Group. This is not surprising since she has been dedicated and loyal to the practice for 22 years. Serving as the clinical coordinator for the practice, she works closely with the providers and manages the clinical staff. She is based in the Davidsonville office and is Dr. Graw’s primary nurse. She also organizes group events like the annual March for Babies Walk. Her greatest satisfaction is watching the children grow over the years and eventually starting families of their own.

Personal: Caring is the essence of nursing. You will find that care in the Nurse Manager of our Crofton office, Teresa Keller, and her team. Teresa received her nursing degree from Cabell County Vo-Tech and Marshall University and has been gracing our offices for 6 years now. She loves the sun, the water, but most of all building lasting relationships amongst the staff and patients. After all, a nurse is there to give us hope, they’re angels with a stethoscope!

Personal: Family is the best kind of friends. That is the policy Robin lives by. She is the Nurse Manager in our Severna Park office, and has been a member of the Pediatric Group family for 9 years now. She enjoys photography and loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. This dedication to family spills into excitement for her patients as she watches families grow larger and the babies grow older. Nurses, patients, staff, and doctors, it takes all kinds to make up our Pediatric Group family.
