We know going to the doctor can be a scary experience. At The Pediatric Group, you can feel confident that our warm and friendly staff will do everything we can to make your child enjoy their visit.

In order to best meet our patient’s needs, we must work by appointment. If you wish to see a particular provider, please tell the receptionist when you schedule your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. To meet the needs of all our patients, we schedule appointments to allow enough time to examine the child for whom an appointment was made. If your sick child’s sibling also needs to be seen, please call ahead. We will do our best to schedule your children to be seen together.

Well child examinations should be scheduled in advance, preferably when you leave the office after each current well exam. This helps ensure that you will be seen by the provider of your choice and that you will have a reasonable selection of appointment time slots from which to choose. Should you find the need to cancel an appointment, 24 hours advance notice is requested. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time may result in a service charge.
